Majority of the candidates attempted this question and their response was okay. Candidates were expected to state two causes of accidents in the workshop,The solution is shown below:

Causes of accident in the workshop

(a) lack of concentration while working on a machine;

(b) wearing improper dresses/loose garment in the workshop;

(c) working when one is tired;

(d) use of wrong tool for a job;

(e) leaving the workshop dirty and keeping obstacle on the walk way;

(f) fooling/running around in the workshop;

(g) improper handling of tools;

(h) lack of operational skill of a tool or machine.
