General Comments

The standard of the paper was reported to be okay, the rubrics were clear and the questions were unambiguous.  It was suggested that the size of the article to be constructed should be of average size for easy transportation during and after marking exercise.  More candidates registered for the paper this year and their performance had improved greatly when compared to the previous year.
