General Comments

The Chief Examiner reported that the standard and outlay of the paper compares favorably with those of previous years. The questions were clear and free from any form of ambiguity.  The questions covered all sections of the syllabus and the marking scheme was well prepared, quite comprehensive and generous to the candidates with marks and weighting appropriately distributed on the strength of the question.
However, the Chief Examiner reported that majority of the Candidates performed very poorly when compared to previous years.
