General Comments

The standard of the paper was quite good and it compares favourably with those of previous years in terms of scope, difficulty of the questions and coverage of the syllabus. The rubricswere quite clear and the marking scheme was well prepared, detailed and lenient to the candidates. The performance of the candidates was also good as compared to previous years as quite a large number of the candidates performed above average.
