This question was attempted by many candidates and their performance was fair.
In part (a)(i) few candidates could not correctly name the parts labelled fully, they also wrote
wrong spellings. In (a)(ii) candidates could not correctly state function of the parts labelled
II,IV and V. In part (b) candidates could not correctly write down the dental formula
required of them to write, in part (b}(ii) candidates could not also determine the number of
teeth in the full set. In part (c) candidates correctly mentioned diseases that could affect
the growth and development of the teeth in the diagram. In (c)(ii) candidates correctly
stated ways of caring for the teeth in humans.
