Observation

     Candidates’ were able to answer the questions correctly and it was one of their strength, but few of   the candidates wrote bed laying which was wrong instead of bed making in 1(a), the ‘b’ part of the   question, few wrote the activities carried out  as laying the blanket, laying fitted bed sheet, laying duvet and covering the bed with blanket which was wrong instead of  spreading the lower or bottom sheet; working at the corners of the mattress to create mitered corners using the bed sheet; smoothening the bed sheet over the mattress; spreading of the top sheet; the bed cover is smoothly spread over the bed. The ‘c’ part of the question, few candidates wrote materials used for the activities such as blanket, bed, pillow and pillow case instead of bed sheet/low sheet; bed cover/counterpane/bed spread; mattress; upper sheet.
