Class of insurance required:

(a)        Marine cargo insurance: This is an insurance coverage that covers goods imported and carried by the ship from the point of loading at the country of origin to the point of discharge at the country of destination
(b)       Conditions that must be fulfilled before contribution can apply:
-           There must be two or more policies of indemnity
-           The two or more policies must cover a common interest
-           The two or more policies must cover a common peril that will give rise to  the loss
-           The two or more policies must cover a common subject matter of insurance
-           The two or more policies must be liable for the loss suffered
