General Comments
The Chief Examiner reported that the standard and outlay of the paper compares favourably with those of previous years. The questions were clear, simple and direct, free from any form of ambiguity and tested the cognitive and locomotive skills of the candidates. The questions covered all sections of the syllabus and the marking scheme was well prepared, quite comprehensive and generous to the candidates with marks and weighting appropriately distributed on the strength of the question.
However, the Chief Examiner reported that the performances of the candidates were lower than the previous years.
