Observation

Candidates’ performance in this question was average. The question required candidates to listen to a chord progression consisting of 8 chords in the key of F major and then identify the chord used in the progression. The question was popular among the candidates and most of the candidates that attempted this question failed to give the required responses and hence could not get the maximum obtainable marks, but a few of the candidates tackled it correctly. Candidates were expected to respond thus:
