Observation
Candidates’ performance in this question was above average. The question required candidates to listen to a chord progression consisting of 8 chords in the key of F major and then identify the chord used in the progression. The question was popular among the candidates and most of the candidates that attempted this question give the required responses and hence got the maximum obtainable marks, but a few could not tackle it correctly. Candidates were expected to respond thus:
