Weakness and Remedies

Candidates’ weaknesses were shown in their inability to:

• use the specified materials for the practical work;
• correctly apply gum to make a good joint;

SUGGESTED REMEDIES FOR OVERCOMING WEAKNESSES
In order to overcome the weakness highlighted above, it was suggested that there is need for adequate provision of training materials and competent technical teachers for the subject. Schools must provide all the specified materials for all their candidates before the examination.
