General Comments

The paper was of the same standard with those of the previous years. The questions lacked ambiguity and they were within the scope of the syllabus. The rubrics were clear and the Marking Schemes comprehensively provided all plausible responses to the questions. However, candidates’ performance fell below those of the previous years.
