The standard of the paper, in comparison with those of the previous years, remained stable. The rubrics were concise and the questions were explicit and within the scope of the syllabus. The Marking Scheme was comprehensive enough for effective assessment of all the required skills.

However, there was no appreciable difference in the performance of the candidates when compared with those of the previous years.
