Observation

This question was popular among the candidates. Although, there were some cases of exceptional performance, most of the candidates found it difficult to do the right things. There was no uniqueness demonstrated and the important elements like the emblem of the local government and the title of the brochure were clearly absent on some of the works. The need for harmony in colour combination was also disregarded. These made the candidates to loose good marks.
