Candidates' Weakness

Candidates’ weaknesses were shown in their inability to
-           use and spell some technical terms correctly. 
-           distinguish between pan and countersunk rivet heads.
-           explain the strength, hardness and toughness of metals correctly.
SUGGESTED REMEDIES FOR OVERCOMING THE WEAKNESSES
In order to overcome the weaknesses, candidates were advised to study the whole syllabus before sitting for examination.  It was also suggested that the right technical terms should be used in the classroom teaching and practical classes.
