- it is owned by one person;
- the owner runs the organization;
- it requires less capital to set up;
- the owner takes all the profits/gains of the organization;
- the owner bears all the risk of the organization;
- it is easy to manage;

- business may collapse when the owner dies.
1(c). This question required candidates to list joints that belong to the group of joints called Housing Joints. But candidates were listing any general joint that came to their mind.
