Candidates Weakness and Remedies

Candidates’ weakness were shown in the following areas:
           

1. reading and interpreting correctly the working drawing;
2. preparing the test piece within the specification;
3. use of the appropriate tools for the various operations.

SUGGESTED REMEDIES

To overcome these weaknesses, candidates are hereby advised to

1. visit the workshop and practice regularly;
2. learn to interpret working drawing properly;
3. work harder, mostly on the identified weak areas;
4. learn to use the appropriate tool for various woodwork operations.
