Observation
(a) Candidates were required to define subordinate clause. Some candidates did well in this part of the question.
(b) Identification of subordinate clauses and its functions in respective sentences. Identification of the subordinate clauses was relatively easy for the candidates but the function of each clause in its complex sentence was not properly understood by most of them.
