The  standard of the paper was high and compared favourably with those of previous  years.  The rubrics were clear concise  and devoid of ambiguity. The questions were well structured and within the  scope of the examination syllabus. The marking scheme was detailed, clear and  fair to all candidates.
                          The  raw mean score of 44 and standard deviation of 15.72 indicated that the  performance of the candidates was better than that of May/June 2012 WASSCE with  a raw mean score of 30 and standard deviation of 13.89.
