Observation

Many candidates did not know the objective of  customer service.  But some of the candidates did well on part (b) and (e) of the question.
OBJECTIVES OF CUSTOMER SERVICES

    • To build up a set of satisfied customers/thereby retaining them.
    • To help salesman serve customers better.
    • To reduce post-purchase doubt.
    • To enhance company’s image.
