Observation

This was a compulsory question.  The performance was just fair.  Many candidates did not get the correct measurement of the new outline, probably because of inadequate practice prior to the examination.  Many of the candidates also could not calculate the new scale and draw the gradient correctly.  Many of them were able to specify the functions of KAIAMA correctly and also provided evidences to support their answers from the map.  More practice is required by candidates in the aspect of map drawing and interpretation of topographical maps.
