Majority of the candidates performed above average in this question.

In part (a) majority of the candidates were able to define personality correctly. 

In part (b), majority of the candidates explained drug addiction. However, some of them mixed-up addiction with drug abuse.

The expected answers are as follows: 

(a) Definition of personality
It is the overall profile/combination of characteristics that define the unique nature of a person.

(b) Drug addiction

            It is the continuing/uncontrolled/compulsive use of a drug; despite its adverse effects.
