OBSERVATION

So many candidates attempted this question but were unable to perform above pass grade.  Some candidates even did not give consideration for borders decoration.
Penmanship, in most cases were not well done with the use of calligraphy pen.  Rather, the candidates made use of alternative which, of course, is allowed but the rendition (in some cases) was bad.
