The following weaknesses were observed from candidates’ drawing:
- poor draughtmanship;
- failure in showing cutting plane;
- repetition of the same design instead of two different designs; - use of straight edge to draw instead of freehand.

To overcome these weaknesses, candidates should be given design and drawing assignments that
will test these parameters.
