Candidates' Strengths

The candidates were able to:
-     state the benefits of growing Centrosema and Guinea grass together as pasture;
-     state the management practices which should be carried out on a pasture established
with Centrosema and Guinea grass;
-     list other common forages which could be used in place of Centrosema on a pasture;
-     mention the use of palm oil in animal production;
-     mention the products that could be obtained from hoof, horn and feather;
-     state the benefits of preventing the growth of horn in cattle;
-     name other feedstuffs that could be used in place of maize grains;
-     state the ways in which water could be used in poultry production;
-    state the ways in which farm animals could be restrained using rope.
