Candidate's Strength

• give reasons why non-governmental organization in West Africa are important in agricultural development;
• mention the problems of commercial agriculture in West Africa;
• state the effects of deforestation on the environment;
• state the functions of disc plough and disc harrow;
• give examples of cultural method of controlling insect-pests on the farm;
• state the importance of cover crops in soil management;
• outline the roles of retailer, wholesaler and cooperative society.
