GENERAL COMMENTS ON THE PAPER AS A WHOLE

The standard of the paper was at par with that of the previous year and it compared favourably with those of the previous years. The performance of the candidates improved when compared to the performance of those in the previous years. The questions candidates were expected to answer were within the scope of the syllabus and were free of any form of ambiguity. The rubrics were clear and the Marking Scheme captured all valid points
