General Comments

The standard of the paper was comparable with those of the previous years. All the questions were within the scope of the syllabus and were free from any form of ambiguity. The rubrics were clear and the Marking Scheme captured all plausible responses to the set questions. There was a significant increase in the candidates’ performances this year when compared with those of the previous years.
