Majority of the candidates answered question 4. In questions 4 (a), candidates struggled to mention cuts of beef, some of them mentioned offal such as intestine, liver, kidney instead of round, brisket, rump, and fillet. For 4 (b) and (c), candidates performed brilliantly in stating the factors to be considered when purchasing fresh fish and the methods of cooking fish, they seemed to have mastered this topic.
