Question 2

In question 2, candidates were required to list the accompaniments that go with fish and state the points to note in making cocktails.  Candidates’ performance in this question was poor. The candidates listed local foods that go with fish instead of accompaniments; they also listed ingredients of cocktail instead of accompaniments.
