Candidates' Weakness

The major weakness of the candidates was lack of knowledge of the subject. Majority of the candidates were unable to interpret the questions, they made spelling errors and they did not to understand the questions. Another candidates’ weakness lies in their inability to study and prepare for the examination.
To overcome these weaknesses, qualified Catering Craft Practice teachers should be employed. Also, unified standard textbooks should be recommended and parents should invest in textbooks and monitor their wards. The candidates should be exposed to the practical aspect of the subject and the candidates on their part should dedicate in their studies.
