Candidates were required to

(a) State examples of each of principles and elements of the design.

(b) Explain effect of each of the following lines on a tall slim figure (horizontal lines, vertical lines, curved lines, and diagonal line).

(c) Give examples of natural element of design that can be seen on fabric.

OBSERVATION

Majority of the candidates that attempted these questions were able to answer the questions very well and correctly. Therefore candidates performed excellently in these questions and are one of their strength. They were able to give examples of natural elements of design and principles of design correctly.
