2. State measurements needed to make a fitted skirt.

Only few candidates from different centers attempted this question and they performed poorly. Candidates could not answer correctly the factors that determine the amount of fabrics needed to make a shirt for a teenager; state the measurements needed to make a fitted skirt; explain how to take any two of the measurement stated in 3(a) above.
