General Weakness
- Candidates showed weakness in questions 1, 3, 6 and 8. Question 1 was on Organizational chart. Question 3 was on differences between pairs of terms. Question 6 was on consumer protection and relevant enabling laws aimed at enforcement. Question 8 was on preparation of a sample of an invoice.
- Poor preparation for the examination. This was observed in candidates’ poor responses to questions.
- Insufficient knowledge of the subject, as a result, they could not satisfactorily answer applied questions.

(iii) Candidates should cover every part of the syllabus while preparing for the examination.
(iii) Students should also learn how to answer applied questions.
