Question 4

The (a) part of the question  requested  the candidates to write on facial defects. The candidates  performance was average .e.g facial defects is abnormal occurrence/ disease/ change etc. for the (ii) part of the question which was on examples of facial defects, majority of the candidates that attempted the question were able to answer  it correctly.

The  b(i&ii) parts of the question required the candidates to list the types of makeup  and explain them. The  candidates that attempted the question listed them  correctly but unable to explain very well e.g bridal makeup is for girls’ wedding day instead of cool colours for the satisfaction of the bridal.
Question 4(c)(i,ii&iii) was on foundation used in makeup, ways of applying foundation and types of foundation. Majority of the candidates performed very well while few of the candidates use trade names e.g imam and Mary Kay.
