This question required candidates (a) to suggest the actions carried out in diagrams A-C,

(b)(i) part of the question asked them to state three things that are wrong in diagram B, (bii) was under which topic can the wrongs be classified,

(iii) to state two effects each of the things that are wrong in diagram B, (iv) to state one thing that is right on the client in diagram B, and (v)

what is the advantage of the answer in 1(b)(iv). The (c)(i) part was to state the reason why the cosmetologist shown in diagram C is in sitting position,

(ii) was to state four advantages of having a good posture while working, part (d) of the question was on tools/materials that are likely to be on the table in diagram C and

part (e) was on conditions under which a client cannot receive the service rendered in diagram A. Majority of the candidates attempted and performed well in the questions, their answers were straight to the points.
