Observation
(a) This is a narrative essay on candidate’s happiest day this year. Most of the candidates that attempted this question performed very well.
(b) An argumentative essay on preference for bush cat to domestic cat. Many of the candidates that attempted this question limited their points to one part instead of mentioning the pros and cons of bush/domestic cats, thereby limiting their scores to 50%.
(d) A description of how to prepare a local delicacy (ẹgusi soup) in Ẹdo. This question was adequately answered by the candidates and the necessary details were supplied.
(e) This is an essay on the importance of education on Ẹdo people. Candidates’ performance was average in this question.
(ẹ) This is an expository essay on: parables are born out of experience in life. Most of the candidates that attempted this question performed poorly.
