The standard of the paper was good.  The rubrics were clear, concise and unambiguous.  The questions were properly structured and within the scope of the examination syllabus.  The marking scheme was comprehensive and fair to all candidates.

The raw mean score of 20 and standard deviation of 12.33 indicated a fair performance on the part of the candidates.
