General Comments

The standard of the paper compared favourably with previous years. The performance of candidates compares favourably with those of previous years. The questions were well-structured and of good quality. The rubrics were clear, the marking scheme was detailed and captured all possible answers.

The raw mean score of 47.0 and standard deviation of 11.49 with candidature of 6,155 indicated that the performance of the candidates fared better than WASSCE for School Candidates, 2022, which recorded a raw mean score of 31.0 and standard deviation of 13.34 with candidature of 5,885.
