Many candidates avoided this questions and virtually all candidates that responded to it
got it wrong. For charging capacitor, capacitor is connected in series with resistor and
their combination connected to voltage source. However, for discharging capacitor,
charged capacitor is connected in parallel with a resistor and not connected to source.
