Observation

The candidate was required to write a story to illustrate the saying: “Pride goes before a fall”. Many of the candidates that attempted this question wrote stories that justified the saying even though some of them mixed up their tenses in the course of the narration.  Also, some candidates merely wrote long and irrelevant stories.
