Observation

The candidates were required to write an article for publication in a national newspaper on street hawking, discussing the dangers and suggesting appropriate solutions to the problems identified. Very few candidates chose this question. Many candidates advanced good reasons why street hawking should be discouraged. However, some of them did not proffer solutions to the problems identified.
