Observation

The candidate  was required to write his/her argument for or against the motion: “Technology has eroded our values.”
The few candidates who attempted this question used the usual vocatives. Some of them used rhetorical questions and oral speech to buttress their points. However, some could not correctly interpret the question. A few also did not take a stand.
