       In this question, candidates were required to

  1. State the suitable method of cooking used for: omelet, canary pudding, dutchess potatoes and coconut rice.
  2. Enumerate reasons for cooking foods.
  3. State advantages of grilling.

 

 

OBSERVATION

This question the parts ‘b& c’ was highly attempted by candidates and they performed very well.It was one of the strengths exhibited by candidates. Majority of the candidates were able to enumerate reasons for cooking foods and state advantages of grilling but in 1(a), thecandidates were not able to state the suitable method used in cooking dutchess potatoes.
