OBSERVATION
Majority of the candidates did not attempt these questions and those that attempted the ‘a’ part performed poorly. They were unable state differences between full warranty and limited warranty.However, the (b) part was well attempted by majority of candidates and they answered correctly. The candidates performed very well.
