They were required to
(4)(a) Study the diagram and identify the parts labeled I, II, III, IV and V

(b) Mention other five symbols that can be identified on the diagram above.

 Candidates seem to find the analysis of some garment making technical terms difficult. This manifested in their inability to identify these parts.
Candidates recorded mass failure in many centres in this question. In question 4b, many of the candidates performed well.
