General Comments

The paper was of comparable standard with those of previous years.  It was syllabic and covered the major sections of the syllabus.  The rubrics were clearly stated and there was no ambiguous question.  The marking scheme was exhaustive.  The performance of the candidates fell below that of the previous year.
