(b) State two major sources each of the following food nutrients:
(i) plant protein; [2marks]
(ii) animal fat; [2marks]
(iii) iodine. [2marks]
Observation
Many candidates attempted this question and their performance was fairly good. In part (a) the question was well answered by the candidates. In part (b) they did well in answering questions (i) & (ii), but in part (b)(iii) many candidates could not state major sources of iodine.

- wear protective dressing/rub insect repellant
- keep houses/surroundings ventilated and illuminated at all time
