Observation

In this question, candidates were required to

(a)Define Entrepreneurship.

(b)  Outline the steps in Entrepreneurship.

(c) Name types of Entrepreneurship.     

The general performance on this question was poor. The candidates were asked to define, outline the steps in entrepreneurship and name the types of entrepreneurship. Therefore candidates’ preformed woefully.
The expected answer are

(a)DEFINITION OF ENTERPRENEURSHIP.

   Is the ability to seek out investment opportunities, establish and run a business enterprise successfully  OR  It is also a process of starting a new business .

(b)STEPS IN ENTERPRENEURSHIP.

• Identifying investment opportunities;
• Accessing the investment opportunity;
• Choosing investment opportunities;
• Making a business plan;
• Mobilizing resources;
• Establishing the business/ creating something new;
• Bearing risk;
• learn from others;
• love what you do;
• Be mindful of your attitude

(c) TYPES OF ENTERPRENEURSHIP SKILLS.

• Business management skills;
