Observation
(A) This was handled well by those who attempted it.
(B) Those who attempted this question got the salient points but failed to put them in dialogue form.
(C) Majority of the candidates that attempted this question did well but some failed to address the Commissioner properly.
(D) The few candidates who answered this question probably did not understand the meaning of the proverb and did not explain the proverb first before writing the story.
(E) Those who atempted it did justice to it.
